I really don't have the patience for handwritten or spreadsheet style mood charts. Luckily, over on "Weird Cake" I found a fantastic link for this on-line mood chart. It's free, easy to set up and maintain, and printable for doctor visits. You should really check it out if you are bipolar or depressed. What a great tool.

Cool! Glad you linked it up...it has been a minor blessing to me ever since I discovered it. :-)
I tried doing mood tracker for a little while, after seeing it on ariadnek's site too. At first, it was very helpful. After awhile and especially during depressive episodes, I found myself staying away from it. I don't want to see any patterns. Then, when I am extremely manic, I get mad at myself for not doing it...
I just stopped altogether. But I liked it...and could see where it would work well for most.

CP,
Thanks for the feedback. I'll try it for a while and see how it goes...
